- functional education in forms of seminars, consultations, conferences, symposiums, courses, etc. Our employees attend these forms of education mostly outside the company, or in case there are many of them, the company organizes education inside the company.
- we also encourage studying while being full time employed – we offer benefits from occupational studying up to studying on the universities.
- internal education is carried out by our own personnel who are experts in their own fields of work, such as: IT, quality, ecology, technology, etc.
